Experienced Surgeon

Dr. Larry Patterson, Medical Director and Surgeon at Eye Centers of Tennessee is among the most experienced and well trained in the entire country. He has performed thousands of surgical and laser vision correction procedures. Dr. Patterson is board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He has taught courses to other doctors at major national and international meetings of ophthalmologists. Dr. Larry Patterson is fellowship-trained, having completed extensive training as an eye surgery specialist.

Dedicated Surgery Center

Eye Centers of Tennessee's surgery center in our Crossville facility offers the region's only center dedicated exclusively to eye surgery, including cataract, refractive lens exchange, PRK and LASIK surgery. Our Cataract and Laser Center houses the new Bausch and Lomb Technolas laser, the number one excimer laser in the world. Dr. Patterson was the first in Tennessee selected to perform Zyoptix, the new advanced wavefront treatment for nearsightedness and astigmatism.
