Eye Centers of Tennessee's Pam Delk named Tennessee's Paraoptometric of the Year 2009
We are very proud that our own Pam Delk has been named Paraoptometric of the Year for 2009 by the Tennessee Paraoptometric Association. Pam works in our Jamestown location. Her twenty five years of experience in the field of Optometry have helped her to become an outstanding woman in her field.

Dr. Patterson returns to Guatemala for medical mission trip
July 18-25, 2009
Dr. Patterson and several volunteer staff and family members traveled to Montellano, Guatemala on his ninth medical mission trip with Health Talents International. Operating out of Clinica Ezell, Dr. Patterson and other volunteer surgeons and staff were able to restore sight to dozens of Guatemalans blinded by treatable cataracts.

Eye Centers of TN gives gift of sight to quadriplegic woman through Focus on Independence
Dr. Patterson teamed with Focus on Independence, a non-profit organization which provides free LASIK to quadriplegic people. Patients with paralysis have a very hard time doing things that many of us take for granted, such as putting on their glasses by themselves. Kate Cutshaw lost most of the use of her arms and legs in a car crash at the age of 16. Now 23, Kate can see without the need for glasses thanks to her LASIK procedure with Eye Centers of Tennessee.
